When you book or contact us we collect your name, contact details, journey details, flight number and any notes you provide. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

2. How we use it

We use your information to provide and manage your booking, communicate about your journey, process payment, and meet our licensing and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data.

3. Lawful basis

We process data to perform our contract with you (your booking), to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of legitimate interests such as improving our service.

4. Sharing

Journey details are shared with your assigned driver. We use trusted processors for payments, email/SMS notifications and website hosting, each bound by data protection agreements.

5. Retention

Booking records are kept for the period required by licensing and tax rules, after which they are securely deleted.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@swifttransfer.uk. You also have the right to complain to the ICO.
